Gram Flour

Gram flour (widely known as besan or chickpea flour) is a fine, pale-yellow powder made by milling dried, split brown chickpeas (chana dal). It is a dietary staple renowned for being naturally gluten-free and offering a rich, nutty flavor alongside a high protein and fiber profile.
